WHY WE ARE HERE
We are here because those who serve and their families give everything, yet the support they receive rarely matches their sacrifice. Today, there is an exponential need for those in uniform and their loved ones to find a place to connect through specialized programs, building a community of lifelong friends and bonds that truly feel like family. Eagle’s Wing Outreach based in the Big Horn Basin region of Wyoming provides that sense of belonging where you can heal, move from surviving to thriving, and find restoration for your mental, physical, and spiritual health. We believe your identity reaches far beyond a rank or role. Together, we ensure you never carry your burdens alone while fostering a family of peers you can always count on.
Your growth is our priority. We offer in-person courses, private 1-on-1 meetings, and weekly group sessions in various locations centered on Post-Traumatic Growth. We believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing, we bring a diverse range of resources and services together in one location. Recognizing the unique challenges of Wyoming’s vast rural landscapes here in the Big Horn Basin, we also provide remote assistance to ensure no one is left behind. The lessons we learn here in the Basin allow us to extend our reach, supporting uniformed members and their families nationwide with compassion and true connection.
We are a peer led organization. Everyone you work with in our community has been where you are. We can truly relate and cultivate meaningful relationships and peer to peer support. The reason we are successful in these relationships is due to our understanding the challenges that come from uniform life. For the families and the uniform member collectively.
